Samara is absolute magic! I had an unpleasant experience with a past colonic so I came in with high anxiety and lots of nerves but Samara eased all of my anxiety. She explained exactly what was going to happen walked me through the entire process and helped me listen to my body’s natural Ques. After a few sessions and taking some of Samara suggestions (she is full of knowledge on your gut) I was able to heal my gut issues and haven’t had any flare up’s since I’ve seen her. I can’t express enough how amazing she is! As mentioned above she is absolute magic!

I had a lovely experience! This was my first colonic, and it went exactly how I expected it to. I didn't have any specific health concerns; my goal was just to support my body in resetting for the new year. The warmed massage table, bolsters, incense and soft music — along with Samara's grounded presence — helped me drop into my body and experience the release. It was gentle from start to finish, and a very cool mind/body learning, too! I'll be back seasonally whenever I feel like I'm ready for a reset again.
